Student Pitch Session & Award
Submission Deadline: April 30, 2026
The Student Pitch Session is dedicated to students and early-career researchers presenting projects that involve international collaboration or close cooperation with industry. Participants will pitch their ideas in a short, focused format to an audience of experts from academia, industry, and international partner organizations.
A Best Student Pitch Award will be presented to the most outstanding contribution. The jury will evaluate the pitches based on innovation, relevance, clarity of presentation, and the quality of the collaborative approach.
This session offers students an excellent opportunity to gain visibility, receive expert feedback, and connect with potential academic and industrial partners.
The best three pitches will receive:
- €150 + certificate for 1st place
- €100 + certificate for 2nd place
- € 50 + certificate for 3rd place
Please note the following guidelines

Your Short Abstract will be evaluated by the program committee, who will decide whether to include your presentation in the program. |

The Short Abstract has to be submitted via the congress management system.
We reserve us the right to make formal changes to your Short Abstract for publication (e.g. correction of upper and lower case in the title or the formatting of equations). |

Length of Pitch: 10 minutes, followed by a discussion of 5 minutes |
