Poster Session & Award

The Poster Session complements the pitch sessions by offering a space for in-depth discussion of projects based on international cooperation and collaboration between academia and industry. participants are invited to present their work in a visual format and engage directly with other conference participants.

Posters may cover research projects, applied developments, cooperation models, joint international initiatives, or early-stage ideas. The session encourages personal exchange, networking, and the exploration of future collaborations across disciplines, sectors, and borders.

An independent Poster Award will be presented to the most outstanding contribution. The posters will be evaluated by a jury of experts from academia and industry based on scientific or technical quality, innovation, clarity of presentation, and the strength of the international or academia–industry collaboration.

The best three posters will receive:

  • €150 + certificate for 1st place
  • €100 + certificate for 2nd place
  •  € 50 + certificate for 3rd place
     

Please note the following guidelines:

All  participants with a poster submission accepted by the program committee are eligible to participate.

  • You must first register for the conference.
    Please submit a short abstract of your poster – in English, with a maximum of 1,500 characters and a maximum of 6 authors – online in the conference management system under the ‘Submit contribution’ button.

  • Poster format: DIN A0 vertical (841 mm x 1189 mm)

  • Poster submission
    All posters must be hung by the authors themselves before the poster session.
